Interpretation Services

To accommodate patients and their family members who have visual, speech and/or hearing impairments, and/or whose English is limited, help is available at no cost.

Tobacco Free Policy

We are committed to providing a tobacco-free environment to support health and healing for our patients, family members, visitors, team members, physicians, and volunteers.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are typically from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. yet some restrictions and special accommodations may apply.

Emergency Services

Our Emergency Departments at UM UCMC includes a special pediatric emergency room with 24/7 in-house pediatrician coverage.

Guest Services

Guest Services is a resource for patients and families to ensure needs are being met during your stay in the hospital.

Spiritual Care

Spiritual Care services are available 24 hours a day for you and your family, call 443-643-1725.

All numbers are direct dial numbers from outside the hospital. If calling from within the hospital, use the last four digits. *In the event of an emergency, please dial 3333 on any hospital phone.

Inquire About a Patient

Any personal information about diagnosis and treatment must come from the patient or those people the patient has designated to receive it.
